Materials and Methods: Interviews were conducted in randomly selected subjects from 5 villages in Tuyserkan County, North Western part of Iran. The 3 phases of stage 1 COPCORD (Community Oriented Program for Control Of Rheumatic Diseases) were done during the same day.
